Free Delivery to Most of the UK for orders over £100 Excluding VAT.

All orders are subject to a small delivery charge. If the value of the order exceeds £100.00 excluding VAT orders are shipped by our Economy service free of charge to most UK Mainland addresses. Unfortunately, there are areas of the UK which due to shipping costs are unfortunately excluded. These areas include but are not exclusive to the following destinations, Northern Ireland, The Channel Islands and The Highlands and Islands of Scotland. We endeavour to offer our Free Delivery Service to as many areas as possible and we are constantly keeping this under review.

CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY DELIVERY SCHEDULE.

We will continue to operate a delivery schedule during the period, albeit limited, between Christmas and New Year. As per our standard delivery schedule we do not dispatch goods on Bank Holidays or Weekends. We advise if you require your order to be delivered before Christmas we recommend that you place your order before Wednesday 18th December 2024. If you place your order on or after this date unfortunately due to courier schedules and high demand at this time of year we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas and your order will be delivered as soon as possible. Helly Hansen Workwear and Footwear must be ordered before Sunday 15th December to guarantee delivery before Christmas. Orders for Helly Hansen products placed on or after this date unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas.

Orders placed after the Christmas delivery dates will still be processed and delivered as soon as possible. We do advise all our customers that between the dates of 18th December 2024 and 2nd January 2025 you only select the Economy shipping option as due to bank holidays and high demand at this time for courier services we cannot guarantee priority courier services. If you do select priority courier service you will receive the economy service and the difference in price between the priority service you selected and the economy service will be refunded back to your payment method upon dispatch of your items.

Upgrading your Free Delivery Service

On a wide variety of products, we do offer you the opportunity to upgrade your delivery to faster service. There are different options available and these options are dependent on the product or products you have chosen. Standard Tracked 3 -4 Working Day Service

This Fully Tracked Standard service which we offer ships to you in 3 to 4 Working Days and is available from only £5.50*. It is worth noting that working days are Monday to Friday and do not include Weekends, Bank Holidays and Other Public Holidays. This is our entry level service and other faster shipping options are available. This service is available on a majority of products unless specified. The first working day for this service is the date of the order if ordered before 12pm. Any orders placed after 12pm the following working day will be the first working day. If you require a faster delivery option you can select this on a majority of products or you can contact us by completing our online enquiry form.

Track & Trace 1 -2 Working Day Service

The Track and Trace 1-2 Working Day Service is a quicker option if you need your items a little bit faster. This fully tracked and traceable shipping service is a charged at per order. Therefore is you have 1 or 100 items on your order, like all our shipping services we do not charge per shipment or item. Our shipping service at Workwear Online Shop is always charged per order. Sometimes you may because of the size of your order receive two or more deliveries from us but you still only pay for the one shipping fee. This entry level Priority service ships to you in 1 to 2 Working Days. As with all our delivery services, it is worth noting that working days are Monday to Friday and do not include Weekends, Bank Holidays and Other Public Holidays. This is our entry level Priority service and other faster shipping options are available. This service is available on a majority of products unless specified. The first working day for this service is the date of the order if ordered before 12pm. Any orders placed after 12pm the following working day will be the first working day. If you require a faster delivery option you can select this on a majority of products or you can contact us by completing our online enquiry form.

Priority Upgrade Next Working Day - Track & Trace

If you upgrade to the Next Working Day - Track and Trace Service for orders are normally despatched the same day to be with you the following working day. To achieve same day despatch you must place your order before 1pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will normally be despatched the following working day. As with all our courier and despatch services working days are Monday to Friday and do not include Weekends, Bank Holidays and Other Public Holidays. As this is a premium service it will sent with a courier. If you have any special instructions for example leave with the neighbour or a safe place, please let us know by completing the delivery instructions area when placing your order.

Export and Special Delivery Requests

We do ship to numerous destinations outside of the United Kingdom. These include the majority of Europe, USA, Australia, New Zealand and Various other countries around the world. These destinations are selectable shipping destinations when you complete your purchase on our online store. If you cannot see your shipping destination, please do not hesitate to contact us as we do offer, and have access to, various shipping options which may not be available through our online store. If you have a special International or domestic delivery request which is outside of the standard shipping options, please contact us as we have various customisable shipping options available that may suit your specific requirements.
